Teresa A. (Nocera) Lucca

of Johnston, passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at Cherry Hill Nursing Center in Johnston.  She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Lucca.  Born in Baia Latina, Italy, Teresa was a daughter of the late Gaetano and Caterina (Zingaro) Nocera.

She is survived by her children Anthony Lucca and his wife Valerie of Westfield, MA and Linda Gravante of Johnston. Teresa was predeceased by her daughter Agnes Ann Cairone and also leaves behind her son-in-law Paul Cairone.  Teresa was the cherished grandmother of Tobie Chandler, Teresa Larson, Enzo Gravante, Tania Coleman, Frank A.J. Lucca, and Danielle Lucca.  Mrs. Lucca was the great grandmother of Ella Chandler, and Gabriella and Michael Larson.  She was also predeceased by her 10 brothers and sisters, Samuel, Savastiano, MichaelAngelo, Antonio, Francesco, Rosa, Maria, Carmella, Concetta and Antonetta.

Her funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Tuesday at 10 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Bartholomew’s Church, Laurel Hill Ave., Providence at 11 a.m.  VISITING HOURS: Monday 4-8 p.m. Entombment will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Our Risen Christ Garden Mausoleum, Cranston.  Visit NardolilloFH.com for online condolences.
