Theresa Brennan

Theresa Brennan, 99 of Cranston passed away on Wednesday June 10, 2026, at home with her daughter by her side. Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Alice (Lapointe) Labonte. She was the wife of the late George A. Brennan.

She was a loving, kind and caring mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She looked forward to visits from family and friends. She enjoyed puzzles, word searches and listing to music. She was a devout Catholic, when she couldn’t attend church, she would always watch on EWTN and received weekly communion every Sunday from her dear friend Sylvia, a Eucharistic Minister.

She leaves her beloved daughter Dorothy Langford, her two loving grandsons James Langford and Scott Langford. She was also the cherished sister of Paul Labonte. She was predeceased by her siblings Alfreda Przybylowicz,Leo Labonte, William Labonte, Roland Labonte, Doris Lamirade, Yvonne Brien, and Jeannette Paille.She was the devoted aunt to several nieces and nephews.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday June 17, 2026, at 10:00 am at Immaculate Conception Church, 237 Garden Hills Dr., Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery. VISITING HOURS will be held from 8:15- 9:15am. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory can be made to VNA of Care New England, 51 Health Ln., Warwick, RI 02886.
