87, of East Greenwich, formerly of Cranston, passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at the St. Elizabeth Home in East Greenwich. She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond L. Garceau. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Eva (Landry) Bilodeau.
Theresa worked for the Swarovski North American Ltd. in Cranston for 11 years before retiring. She was also employed by the former DoAll Corporation of Cranston, A&P Supermarkets in Warwick and Pro Mail. She enjoyed bowling, bingo, reading and having lunch with her children on Saturdays.
She is survived by her loving children, Joyce L. Pucino and her husband Michael E. of North Kingstown, Gail A. Anderson and her husband Donald E. of Eastham, MA, Raymond L. Garceau and his wife Karen of Cranston, Lois C. Felton and her husband James of Cranston, Julie A. Little and her husband Hugh of Warwick; 12 cherished grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; brother-in-law Edward Garceau and his wife Claire and sisters-in-law Rose Bilodeau and Rita Garceau. She was the grandmother of the late Melissa Jean Garceau and sister of the late Roland, Paul, Robert and Ernest Bilodeau, Viola Heroux, Claire LeBlanc, and Beatrice Madden. She will be greatly missed by her family.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Tuesday at 9 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS are Monday from 4 - 8 p.m.
