THERESA F. (FUNARO) JARVIS
91, of Johnston, passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2011 at Morgan Health Center, Johnston. She was the beloved wife of the late Gilbert Jarvis. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Lucio and Maria (Scorpio) Funaro. Theresa was employed by the Ballou Company of East Providence for over forty years before her retirement. She was an avid Red Sox Fan.
Theresa is survived by one sister, Anna Gallucci of West Warwick, and one brother Anthony Funaro of Johnston, and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Steven's Church, 114 George Street, Providence. Interment will follow in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
