Thomas W. Zona

of Johnston, passed away on Monday, March 26, 2018 at Morgan Health Center in Johnston.  He was the beloved husband of Frances Sotolongo.  Born in Providence, Thomas was a son of the late Antonio A.A. and Jessie F. (Penta) Zona.  He was an arbitrator and mediator as well as a U.S. Marine Veteran.

Besides his wife, Thomas is survived by his children, Thomas W. Zona, Jr. and his wife Wendy of Lincoln, Dana Zona of Lincoln, and Melissa Rinaldi and her husband Adam of NY.  He was the grandfather of Erin Zona, and Vincent and Samantha Rinaldi.  Thomas was the dear brother of Anthony A. Zona and his wife Carol of Lincoln, and the late Rosalyn Zona.

His funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston followed by a burial, with Military Honors, in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.  VISITING HOURS: Thursday 5-8 p.m.
