Vera (Verrengia) Aquilante

96, of Johnston, passed away on Friday, November 1, 2019.  She was the beloved wife of Vincent J. Aquilante.  Born in Providence, Vera was a daughter of the late Angelo and Louise (Pandozzi) Verrengia.  Mrs. Aquilante was a jewelry worker for various jewelry companies in the Providence area for 22 years, before retiring.

Vera was the dear sister of the late Levia D. Capizano and Attilio Verrengia.  She is survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Cross Church, Providence on Saturday, November 9th at 10 a.m.  Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.   Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rhode Island SPCA, 186 Amaral St, Riverside, RI 02915.
