VICTORIA (MORETTI) EVANGELISTA

96, of Cranston, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at home. She was the beloved wife of the late Guido Evangelista. Victoria was born in Cranston, a daughter of the late Marco and Catherine (Caramatro) Moretti. She was a member of the former St. Ann Women's Guild and the Immaculate Conception Society. She is survived by her loving daughters, Dorothy A. Evangelista of Cranston and Naples, FL and Elaine L. Gordon and her husband Philip of Cranston. She was also the cherished grandmother of Michael P. Gordon and his wife Colleen of Attleboro, MA, and Kristen A. Piccolo and her husband Brian of Johnston, and the great grandmother of Shawn, Ryan, Andrew, Meghan, and Ashley, and dear sister of the late Joseph Moretti and Mary Oliveiera. Her funeral will be held on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00a.m. in St. Mary's Church, 1525 Cranston Street, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
