Victoria (Calitri) LaFazia

93, of Johnston, passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2016 at Briarcliffe Manor, Johnston. She was the beloved wife of Ernest R. LaFazia. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Saverio and Angelina (Gesualdi) Calitri. Victoria enjoyed cooking and lived for her family which was her greatest enjoyment. Besides her husband, she is survived by her loving children Eugene LaFazia and his wife Claudia, Ernest A. LaFazia and his wife Brenda and Shirley Scarduzio and her husband Michael all of Johnston. She was the cherished grandmother of seven, great-grandmother of ten and great-great-grandmother of two; sister of Eleanor Antosia of Providence, Lucy Buckless of FL and the late Joseph Calitri, Mary Beneduce and Emily Lippacher. Her funeral will be held on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Rocco Church, Johnston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
