Vincent Mancini

92, of Wakefield, formerly of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at HopeHealth Hospice, Providence. He was the beloved husband of Claire (DeFreitas) Mancini. Born in Cranston, he was the son of the late Benny and Nancy (Guglietta) Mancini.

Vincent was a graduate of the University of Rhode Island. He was also a US Air Force veteran serving during the Korean War. After his military service, he worked as an engineer for many years at FM Global. His hobbies included bowling, gardening and woodworking.

Besides his wife Claire, he is survived by his loving children, Mark, Denise, Vincent and Christopher Mancini; step-children, Peter, Richard, Craig and Jennifer Palermo; cherished grandchildren David, Brittany, Aidan, Indie, Gian, Liam, Ava and Ellie as well as seven step-grandchildren. He was the dear brother of Anne Hunter, Lucy Ciccarelli and the late Anthony and Frank Mancini.

Visitation will be held in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Sunday, March 15, 2026 from 12:00 – 2:00 pm, with a funeral service beginning at 2:00 pm.
