Viola (Mallane) Pezza

91, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 surrounded by her family.  She was the beloved wife of Biagio Pezza for 70 years.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Alma (Ventetuolo) Mallane.

Viola was also the mother of David Pezza and his wife Gayle, Anthony Pezza and his wife Michele, daughter-in-law Monica Pezza and the late Frank Pezza, Sr.; grandmother of 10 and great grandmother of 4; sister of Edward Mallane and the late Louise Pacheco, Ernest, Anthony, Angelo and Charlie Mallane.  She will be missed by all.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Monday at 9 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston.  Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS are Sunday 3 - 6 p.m.
