Walter H. Baker

84, of Cranston, passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at RI Hospital, Providence. He was the kind and loving husband of Elizabeth (Sollaccio) Baker. Born in Providence, Walter was the son of the late Howard and Mary (McDonough) Baker. Mr. Baker worked as a product designer at G.E. & Leviton Manufacturing for many years until his retirement.
Besides his beloved wife he was the caring and loving father of Dianne Araby, Justin, and the late Mark John Baker. He was also the cherished grandfather of Ashley, Cole and Rory and dear brother of the late Sgt. Howard M. Baker Jr. He had many friends, and will be missed very much.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday at 10 am in St. Mary's Church, Cranston followed by burial in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
