Walter Wayne Wierzbicki

of North Providence, RI, passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence with his twin brother and former wife by his side.

Born in Providence, he was the loving son of the late John F. and Edna (Fowler) Wierzbicki. Walter was the cherished twin brother of Wayne Walter Wierzbicki, and dear former husband of Donna M. (Verino) Wierzbicki both of North Providence.

Walter was a chef in the catering business for many years and served in the U.S. Navy during peacetime. He was also a member of the Rev. I.J. Bouffard Knights of Columbus Council 2965.

His Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, September 10th at 11 a.m. in Church of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 1081 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence to which relatives and friends are invited.

Inurnment will take place at a later date.
