William E. DelSanto, Sr

88, of Magazine St., passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2014 at Coventry Skilled Nursing Home, Coventry. He was the husband of the late Anna L. ( Capuano ) DelSanto. He was born in Providence the son of the late John and Carolina ( Bonci ) DelSanto. Mr. DelSanto was a teacher employed at the Windmill School in Providence for more than 25 years until his retirement. He was an Army Veteran proudly serving his country during WWII. He is survived by his son William E. DelSanto Jr. and his wife Denise H. of Cranston and grandfather of Kelly H. DelSanto. He was the brother of Ralph DelSanto and the late Donald DelSanto and Barbara Stevens. His funeral will be held on Friday at 9am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mark's Church, 1 Garden Ct., Cranston at 10am. Burial with military honors will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours Friday morning 8-9am.
