WILLIAM R. FORTE SR

73, of Cranston, passed away Monday November 18, 2013. He was the beloved husband of Patricia "Pat" (Scorpio) Forte. Born in Providence he was the son of the late George and Irene (O'Brien) Forte. Mr. Forte worked in the wholesale food industry for many years until his retirement in 2007, and was a member of the Rosario Society. Besides his wife he is survived by his three sons; William Forte Jr. and his wife Robyn Factor-Forte of Cranston, David Forte and his wife Dawn of Cranston and Gregory Forte and his wife Josephine of Scituate, seven grandchildren, he was the brother of Virginia DiOrio and Patricia O'Hearn both of Cranston, John Forte of Coventry and the late George, James, Robert and Francis Forte. His funeral will be held on Friday at 9am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Immaculate Conception Church Cranston at 10am. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Thursday 4-7pm.
