William E. Paplauskas Jr.

77, of Cranston, passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Rosemary (Cabana) Paplauskas for 53 years. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late William and Dorothy (Nickerson) Paplauskas.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his daughter Jennifer Fredette and her husband Douglas; cherished granddaughter Katherine Fredette; siblings David Paplauskas and his wife Peggy, Gary Paplauskas and his wife Denise, Jo-Anne Abad and her husband Ed, and Nancy English. Bill enjoyed spending time with his three best friends: Tommy Cabana (Providence), Jerry Rhodes (Westerly) and Jim Caruolo (of Ackworth, GA previously Warwick, RI).

William worked for over 55 years in the Mortgage business, and as a Notary Public for the last 20 years.

VISITING HOURS will be held on Saturday, August 16th from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m. in the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
