William P. Pensalfini

90, of Cranston, passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence.  He was the beloved husband of the late Rose (Butmarc) Pensalfini.  Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Umberto “Albert” and Ida (Travisanno) Pensalfini.

Mr. Pensalfini was a foreman at the former F.H. Buffington Paper Box Co. in Providence for many years before retiring.

He was the devoted father of Robert Pensalfini and his wife Nancy of Cranston and William Pensalfini and his wife Kim of Acushnet, MA; loving grandfather of Nicholas, Danielle and Jason; loving great-grandfather of Jackson; and dear brother of Raymond Pensalfini of Johnston, Helen Leamy of Vanceboro, NC and the late Edward Pensalfini.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, October 6th at 10 a.m. in St. Rocco Church, 931 Atwood Ave., Johnston.  Burial will be private.  Visiting hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
