64, passed away unexpectedly from natural causes on May 14, 2018.

A life-long resident of Cranston, Albert was born in Providence, the son and only child of the late Theresa (Lombardi) Romano and Albert C. Romano Sr. He is survived by his cousins, Julie Goulet and Celia Mosca.

Albert worked in the jewelry industry and as private security until 2012.

An epileptic from early childhood, Albert’s life was marked with the stigma of epilepsy and he was adversely affected physically and mentally by his condition and the effects of the medications it necessitated.

He loved cars, he loved music and old vinyl records and he loved family.

His funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday at 10 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Matthew’s Church, Cranston at 11 a.m.  VISITING HOURS: Monday MORNING from 9:30-10:30 a.m.  Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to: The Epilepsy Foundation of New England, Inc. 335 Main Street, Wilmington, MA 01887.
