Anthony R. "Tony" Caparco

86, of West Kingston passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 17, 2019.  He was the beloved husband of Michelina “Pepole” (DeVincenzo) Caparco for sixty-one years.

Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Leo and Margaret (Saccoccia) Caparco.

He was a US Army Veteran serving during the Korean War.

Tony was a painter for Artesani Painting Company and later for General Dynamics Electric Boat before retiring.

He enjoyed spending time with his family.

Besides his wife, he leaves three children, Diane DeRobbio, Tammie Anderson and Michael Caparco; a brother, Norman Caparco; three grandchildren, Joseph, David and Christine; and three great-grandchildren, Alexi, Eva and Angelo.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial, Friday November 22, 2019 at 10am in St. Joseph Church, 1105 Main Street, Hope Valley.  Burial with Military Honors will follow in the RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Church, PO Box 388, Hope Valley, RI 02832.
