Betty Jane (Taylor) Caccia

85, of North Providence, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 3, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Vincent Caccia for 62 years. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Charles F. and Irene (Donahue) Taylor.

She will be remembered for her lifelong dedication to her faith, family and friends. Her favorite job and true life calling was being a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Betty Jane always maintained her sweet disposition and beautiful smile. Betty Jane’s family would like to extend a special thank you to the entire staff at Hallworth House for the attentive and compassionate care they extended to her.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her loving children, Mary Gagnon and her husband Ronald of Providence, and Mark Caccia and his wife Donna of Cranston; cherished grandchildren, Jaclyn and Jeffrey Gagnon; dear brother Charles F. Taylor, Jr. of Florida and the late Robert Taylor.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 10:00 am in Mary Mother of Mankind Church, 25 4th St, North Providence. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
