Beverly Ann Santurri, 81 of Cranston and Venice, FL, passed peacefully away Tuesday May 24, 2022. Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late John Pontarelli and the late Eleanor (Coia) and the late William DiSandro,Sr. She was the loving wife to Robert Santurri for 55 years.
After graduating Mount Pleasant High School, she then went on to receive her bachelor’s degree from Johnson and Wales, in business. She worked for several companies throughout her life her she was a buyer for coats Peerless, the Outlet Company, TW Rounds, and Hallmark. She also enjoyed her time working with her husband at the family business Buckys Automotive. Beverly cherished her home in Venice, where she Robert spend winters there. She was a member of the St. Mary’s Feast Women’s Auxiliary. She enjoyed going to the casino. A true light of her life was her beloved late dog, Ellie.
She was the beloved mother of Robin Santurri-Hall and her husband Gregory of Portsmouth. She was the devoted sister Deborah Costa of Cranston, William DiSandro of Warwick, and Susan Vescera of Johnston. She also leaves several nieces and nephews, which she loved tremendously.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday June 4, 2022, at 9 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave. Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church, 1525 Cranston St. with burial to follow in St. Ann Cemetery.
