Ceciley R. (Sendling) Russo

71, of Cranston, passed away peacefully Friday, May 27, 2022.  She was the beloved wife of Carl T. Russo for fifty-two years.

Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Rose (Tritendi) Sendling.

Mrs. Russo was a self-employed hairdresser for many years before retiring.  She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and loved to take long rides in her antique car with her husband.

Besides her husband she leaves her children, Charity Ancone and her husband Mathew of Warwick and Robert Russo and his wife Lisa of Cranston; a brother, Robert Sendling; and two granddaughters, Ava Ancone and Emma Russo.

Her funeral will be held Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 10am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am in St. Mary Church, 1525 Cranston Street, Cranston.  Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery.  Visitation will be held Wednesday from 9-10am.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hope Health Hospice, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904.
