Charles F. Reilly

95, of Narragansett, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2019. He was the beloved husband of Helen W. (Duggan) Reilly. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late James and Madeline (Brett) Reilly. Charles attended both La Salle Academy and Bryant College. He was also a US Navy veteran serving in World War II, in the Asiatic Pacific. After his military service, he worked as a purchasing agent for the VA Hospital for 30 years. He continued his career at St. Joseph’s and Fatima Hospitals for an additional eight years, before retiring to Bonnet Shores.

Besides his wife Helen, he is survived by his loving children, Michael S. Reilly, DDS and his wife Ann of East Greenwich, Charles F. Reilly, Jr. Esq. and his wife Ronda of North Kingstown, Eileen M. O’Shea, DNP, APRN and her husband Thomas of Fairfield, CT, and Kara Reilly-Gill, M.Ed and her husband David of Sutton, MA; dear siblings, Walter J. Reilly of Bristol, Eileen T. Hughes of Warwick and the late James H. Reilly, Madeline H. Conneally and Mary M. Wilcox. He is also survived by eleven cherished grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, May 21st, at 11:00 am in Christ the King Church, 180 Old North Rd., Kingston. Burial will be private. Visiting hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
