Dennis R. Cardente

75, of Cranston, passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2021.  Dennis will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years Ann Marie (Almonte) Cardente.  Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Andrew Cardente and Louise (Geremia) Cardente-Palazzo.

 

Dennis worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield as the Director of Administrative Services for 25 years.  He was a very intelligent man, an avid reader, and loved spending time with his family and friends.

 

Besides his wife, he was the brother of the late Andrew Cardente; brother-in-law of Robert Almonte and his wife Jean, Edward Almonte and his wife Palma, Richard Almonte and his wife Diane, and the late Rev. Alfred Almonte and Alexander Almonte Jr.  He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

 

VISITING HOURS will be on Friday morning from 9:30-11:00 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 noon in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston.  Burial will be private.
