63, of Cranston, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2019 peacefully at home. She was the beloved wife of the late Ned Gray. Born in Attleboro, MA, Doreen was the daughter of Dolores (Cote) Brooks and the late Ernest Brooks. She was manual operations associate in the medical industry.
She is survived by her loving children, Christina M. Amado and Rhondal Lawson. Doreen was the cherished grandmother of Shaquanda Amado, Craig Amado, Javon Lawson, Jamal Lawson, Kyle Amado, Jarelle Dowdy, Tanika Amado, Keyshawn Amado, Kevon Amado, and Cory Perry. She was the great grandmother of eight and stepmother of Jessica and Tobias Gray. She was the sister of Darlene Sanchez, Frankie Amado, Patricia Amado, Karen Smith, Ernie Amado, George Barboza, Dennis Barboza and Carissa Barboza.
Her funeral service will be held in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday from 4:00-8:00 p.m.
