Frances (Florio) Martelli

Frances (Florio) Martelli, 100, formerly of North Providence, RI, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 12, 2024, at Scalabrini Villa in North Kingstown.  She was the beloved wife of the late Frank P. Martelli, Jr.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Nicola and Theresa (Pagano) Florio.

Mrs. Martelli was the devoted mother of Frank P. Martelli, III and his wife Valerie of Naples, FL and Kingston, RI; cherished grandmother of Kristen Petit and Jennifer Russo; and dear sister of Rosemarie Clemente of Warwick.

Her Mass of Christian Burial to which relatives and friends are invited will be held on Thursday, February 15th at 10 a.m. in Mary, Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Fourth St. North Providence, followed by burial at St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.  Visiting hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
