Gloria A. (Testa) Emma

93, of North Providence, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2023.  She was the beloved wife of the late Henry A. Emma.

Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Antonio and Assunta (Abronzino) Testa.

Mrs. Emma worked for the US Government at the US Navy Seabee Base in Davisville before retiring. 

She was an avid fan of Frank Sinatra and the New York Yankees; and enjoyed watching old movies.

She leaves her son, Robert H. Emma and his wife Cynthia of North Providence; a brother, Anthony Testa; a sister, Elaine Piccirilli; and three grandsons, Mathew, Eric and Robert Emma.  She was the sister of the late Benedetto and Harry Testa.

Her funeral will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 9am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Mary, Mother of Mankind Church, 25 4th Street, North Providence.  Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITATION from 8-9AM.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of RI, 245 Waterman Street, Suite 306, Providence, RI 02906.
