Irene Cole Obituary

63, of Johnston passed away on Monday February 15, 2021 at RI Hospital.

She was the beloved wife of 37 years to James A. Cole.

Born in Providence she was the daughter of Andre and Marie Blanche Irene (Thibodeau) Houle. Irene held several secretarial positions at Rhode Island Hospital for the past 36 years.

Besides her husband she was the devoted mother of James Cole and his wife Michelle of Johnston, step-mother of Stacey Howe and her husband KJ of Cranston and step-mother of Jason Cole and his wife Michelle of Coventry; loving grandmother of James Cole Jr., Sean Howe, Alec Howe. Jarrett Cole and Marissa Cole. She was the dear sister of Rita Houle of Johnston, Roger Houle of Cranston and the late Norman Houle and Denise Demers.

Her funeral and burial will be private.
