James E. Cusick

62, of Johnston, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, June 20, 2018. He was the beloved husband of Maryann (Conti) Cusick. Born in Providence, he was the son of Beverly Ann (DiLorenzo) McKay of Orange City, FL and the late Donald James Cusick. James worked as a chef for Dave’s Marketplace. He was very talented and passionate about his craft, and enjoyed cooking for his family and friends. He also enjoyed music, especially The Rolling Stones and The Beatles.

Besides his wife Maryann, he is survived by his loving children, James M. Cusick of Smithfield, Joelle Gardner of Johnston, and the late Marissa Gardner; dear sisters, Debi D’Iorio and Cheryl Cusick, both of Cranston.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday at 8:45 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1804 Atwood Ave., Johnston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be held on Sunday from 3:00 – 7:00 pm.
