John F. Perry

67, of Narragansett, passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2017 at South County Hospital, Wakefield. He was the loving husband of Donna (Ridens) Perry for 19 years. Born in Cranston, he was a son of the late Manuel and Mary (Leito) Perry. John was a welder for Electric Boat for over twenty years. Mr. Perry was a coach and board member of the Washington County Redskins and Raiders. John loved spending time with his granddaughter Alicia and he was a lifelong New York Giants fan.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his son Michael Perry of IL. He was the grandfather of Alicia Perry, Kaela Perry and Gabrielle Perry. He was the brother of Pat Mangiantine of Narragansett, Linda Arne of NJ and Richard Perry of NC and brother of the late Ronald “Ronnie” Perry.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Home Service on Saturday, July 22nd, at 11:00 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory-SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 1111 Boston Neck Road (Rt. 1A) Narragansett. VISITING HOURS: Friday, July 21st, from 4:00-9:00 p.m. and also Saturday, July 22nd, from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Burial will take place in Mt. St. Mary’s Cemetery, 661 Prospect Street, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box 417005, Boston, MA 02241-7005 or to the Washington County Youth Football, 151 Conanicus Road, Narragansett, RI 02882.
