82, of Roger Williams Avenue, Providence passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at the Golden Crest Nursing Center, North Providence. She was the wife of the late Anthony “Red” Cornicelli. Born in Middletown, CT, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Concettina (Rosa) Curran.

Josephine was a Production worker in the Manufacturing industry for many years.

She is survived by 1 son: Thomas Cornicelli of Providence and 1 daughter: Marie Cornicelli of Cranston. Sister of Marion Bovenzi, Margaret Barney Glende, Joseph Curran, Barbara Lafferty, Thomas Curran and the late Edward Curran.

Her funeral and burial will be private.
