Kevin Van Meter Obituary

Kevin D. Van Meter, of School St., Johnston, passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence. He was the beloved husband for 11 years of Linda E. (Reynolds) Van Meter. Born in Providence, he was the devoted son of Sandy (Labriole) Cerrito of Cranston and the late Joseph Cerrito.

Kevin was a master carpenter for many years and a dedicated servant to his Church.

Besides his wife and mother, he was the loving father of Emilee O’Connor of Providence and Hannah Van Meter and Ameilia Durante both of Cranston; cherished grandfather of Gabriel, Jourdyn, Johnny, Logan and Shane; and dear brother of Bob Van Meter of Spencer, MA.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service on Saturday, September 19th at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Christian Fellowship, 298 Blackstone St, Woonsocket. (Social distancing and masks required)
