LAWRENCE P. “LARRY” SOLLACCIO, 89, of Fountain Ave., Cranston, passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at Kent Hospital in Warwick. Born in Cranston, he was the son of the late Lawrence and Raffaela (Conte) Sollaccio.
Larry was a master carpenter for the State of RI for 40 years before retiring and was a U.S. Army Korean War Veteran.
He was the father of Debra Sollaccio and grandfather of the late Daniel Sollaccio; brother of Elizabeth Baker of Cranston, Dr. Peter Sollaccio of NJ and the late Joseph Sollaccio and Esther Scittarelli. He also leaves many loving nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be held on Thursday, August 11th at 9 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston at 10 a.m. Burial with military honors will be at RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. VISITING HOURS are Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
