Lisa (Conti) O'Brien

Of Coventry, RI, passed away peacefully at home on January 27th at the age of 59. Originally from Cranston, she was the daughter of the late John and Lillian (Kelly) Conti. She is also predeceased by her devoted husband of 30 years Steven O’Brien. Lisa leaves her loving daughter Carla O’Brien and her dogs Leo and Scooter.  She was a proud foster parent and Aunt to Andrea, Candyce, and Meghen O’Brien. Lisa loved all of her family so dearly. Lisa leaves behind many loving family and friends. She is predeceased by her brother Bryan.

Lisa enjoyed working at Rhode Island Energy (National Grid) for over 30 years. She was a parishioner of Christ the King Church, and a member of Elks Club (B.P.O.E #2285). Lisa marched along her husband's side when he was the “World’s Biggest Leprechaun” in the Newport St. Patrick’s Day Parade for 20 years. Lisa and Steve celebrated life's moments to the fullest. Lisa enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and always loved to bring people together. She dedicated her life to taking care of her loved ones. She also loved watching New England sports, going to concerts and Rhode Island beaches and lighthouses.

We would like to thank Hope Health Hospice for all the care and support.
