Mary (Natale) Tronni

101, of South Kingstown, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 23, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was the wife of the late Carlo A. Tronni.

Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Lorenzo and Francesca (DelBusso) Natale.

Mrs. Tronni had worked for Solitro’s Bakery after raising her family.

She enjoyed writing poetry, was an avid reader and loved shoes.  Mary loved the Royal family and was a fan of Live with Kelly & Ryan.  She was a people person, an excellent cook and expert cleaner.  

Mary liked to keep current with politics and news; and enjoyed a donut for breakfast and a cocktail in the afternoon.

She leaves her sons, Carl A. Tronni of South Kingstown and Richard W. Tronni and his wife Catherine of Hingham, MA; a sister, Frances Santos of Cranston; three grandchildren, Elizabeth Tronni, Jason Tronni and his wife Erika, and Jared Tronni and his wife Amanda; and four great-grandchildren, Portia, Madeline, Hannah and Hailey.  She was the sister of the late Joseph Natale, Frank Natale, Lawrence “Junior” Natale, Angelina Rossi, Madeline Marcello, Rose Levesque, Etta Jacobsen and Josephine Lauro.

Her funeral and burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to HopeHealth Hospice & Palliative Care of RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904.
