Michael D. Carrazzo

of North Providence, passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at Hopkins Manor in North Providence.  Michael was the beloved companion of Phyllis Manzi.  Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Michael and Josephine (Annaicchiaico) Carrazzo.  Mr. Carrazzo was an army veteran serving during Vietnam and worked for Monet Manufacturing Company, before retiring.  Michael was a very familiar face, known to be recognized from his duties at Costantino’s and Spardello’s for many years.

He is survived by his dear siblings, Carmela McCusker of Cranston, Jack Carrazzo of North Providence, Sharon Carrazzo of Cranston, and the late Marie Layfield and Nancy Kalarfaski.  Michael was the cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews.

His funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday at 10 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston at 11 a.m.  Burial, with military honors, will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS: Thursday 4-7 p.m.
