Nancy Moretti Obituary

71, of Johnston, passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022.  She was the beloved wife of Daniel Moretti.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Fanny (Caianiello) Zonfrilli.

 

She was a lifelong Civil Servant for the State of Rhode Island for 32 years, having served 25 of those at Rhode Island College before retiring in 2009.  She enjoyed animals, caring for her pets and the outdoors. 

 

Besides her husband, she is survived by her loving daughters, Dawn Moretti Vitale of Johnston, and Dalaina Moretti of Johnston; cherished granddaughters Daniella and Stephanie Vitale; dear siblings Alfred Zonfrilli and his wife Deborah of Hope Valley, David Zonfrilli of Las Vegas, and the late Linda Moranto of Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

 

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Tuesday 8:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, Johnston.  Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS are Monday from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the RISPCA, 186 Amaral St, Riverside, RI 02915.
