Richard Ruggieri

68, of West Warwick, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Roger Williams Hospital. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Rinaldo and Theresa (Presciutti) Ruggieri. Richard was the proud owner/operator of Ruggieri Auto Parts for the past 36 years.

Richard was the loving father of, Tiffanie Morgero, Anthony Ruggieri, Elyse Keough and her husband Curran, Brianna Hamilton (Ruggieri) and the late Janine Ruggieri. He was the cherished “Papa” of Noah Hamilton. Richard is also survived by his dear siblings, Susan DiMezza and her husband Alfred, Luigi Ruggieri and his wife Valerie; nieces and nephews, Alicia Kroszner and her husband Sean, Vanessa Ruggieri (goddaughter), Vincenzo Ruggieri and his great-nieces/nephews. He also leaves his former wife Linda Ruggieri, his close friends who were there for him especially the past 2 years, and his beloved dog Jolene.

VISITING HOURS will be held in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Monday from 10:00 - 11:30 am. His funeral service will follow at 12:00 pm in Cranston Christian Fellowship Church, 1114 Scituate Ave., Cranston.
