Obituary

91, of West Warwick, passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2022.  She was the beloved wife of the late William T. Rogers.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Raffaele and Marie (Quaranta) DiRobbio.  She was the sister of Martha A. Thacker of Coventry and the late Ralph DiRobbio, Jr. and was also survived by many nieces and nephews.

 

Virigina worked as a dental assistant for various dentists in Rhode Island and Massachusetts before her retirement.  She was a former member of Our Lady of Fatima Church in Swansea, MA, and she also received the Marian Medal from Bishop Sean O’Malley for dedicated service to the church.

 

Visiting hours will be held on Monday morning from 9 - 10 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church, West Warwick.  Burial will take place in St. Patrick Cemetery, Fall River, MA.
