William Ball Obituary
98, of Cranston passed away Wednesday June 15, 2022.
Born in Keene, NH he was the son of the late Ernest and Victoria (Webster) Ball
William was a machinist for E.G.G. Sealol Inc. for 35 years until his retirement. He was a bar tender at the Cranston Knights of Columbus, an avid sports fan enjoyed bowling, softball and Twin Rivers and he was a WW-II Army veteran.
He was the devoted father of Stevan Ball and Sherrie Castle and her husband Dana; loving grandfather of Steven J. Ball and his fiancée Jennifer Barlow, Kim Gardner and her husband Gary, Jennifer Buzel and her husband Gary and Ryan Duhaime; and loving great-grandfather of six. He was the longtime companion of Joan Bora and her loving family.
He was the dear brother of Samuel Ball, Shirley Dunton, Gertrude Haynes, Patricia Faria, Edith Hasbrouck and the late E. Webster Ball, Sarah Ball, Ruth Ball, Geraldine Witoshynsky and John Ball.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday June 23, 2022 from 4pm to 7 pm.
Burial will be private.
