94, of Greenville, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at the Village at Waterman Lake, Greenville. He was the beloved husband of Teresa M. (Comella) Lowe. Born in Fall River, MA, he was the son of the late Joseph and Jane (Crowley) Lowe. Mr. was a production control manager for General electric for over 40 years; and was also a WW II Navy veteran. Joseph enjoyed reading and sailing.

Besides his wife he is survived by his son Joseph R. Lowe of Narragansett, his siblings John Lowe of Maryland, James Lowe of New Hampshire and many nieces and nephews. He was also the father of the late David E. Lowe and brother of the late Jane Flynn.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday morning from 9-10 am in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in St. Phillips Church, Greenville. Burial will take place in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
