of Cranston, passed away on Monday, June 19, 2017 at RI Hospital in Providence.  She was the beloved wife of the late Pietro A. Macera.  Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Lucia (Ciarciello) DeLuca.

Mary was an assembler at Jewel Case Corp. in Providence for many years retiring in 1982; and was a member of Over the Hill Club at Holy Apostles Church.

She was the devoted mother of Peter A. Macera and his wife Elaine of North Scituate and the late Thomas J. Macera and his late wife Bonnie; loving grandmother of Gina Boucher, Dawn Brown, Thomas Macera, Jr., Brian Macera, Jason Macera and Marc Lautieri; loving great-grandmother of seven; loving great-great grandmother of one; and dear sister of the late William DeLuca, Angelina Rega, Antonetta Rainone, Ella Rainone and Margaret DeLuca.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Thursday, June 22nd at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Apostles Church, 800 Pippin Orchard Rd., Cranston at 10 a.m.  BURIAL WILL BE PRIVATE.  VISITING HOURS are Thursday Morning from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
